A moderate pace (14-16mph) ride to get a jump on the weekend.
Hoping to start out with 25-30 mi and work up to perhaps 50 mi as the season progresses.
Rides will typically be in the North county on quiet roads. Coastal scenery will feature prominently. The theme is social with a rotating start/finish location convenient to food/refreshment options. A good leg stretcher before weekend hammer-fests, if that's your thing ??

All are welcome on your 1st club ride. Membership required on subsequent rides.
This is a no-drop ride. If enough folks sign up and there is a variety of paces, we may split into a moderate and faster group.

This ride features a turnaround at Ferndale Farmstand cheese factory. They make widely awarded artisanal cheeses and the self-serve stand takes 10-spots or other cash/venmo. Your ride leader can transport one cheese per rider in a cooler to the finish of the ride.
