2 volunteers needed in cars. 2 others can sweep the route on a bike if preferred. Make sure course is clear of bike riders (so no one is stranded out on the road), shadow in the last riders, make sure they're OK. Inform rest stops that they can shut down.

Newsletter Editor
Oversee editing of monthly newsletter. Will require gathering information, articles, graphics, ads, news etc. and formatting into some sort of publishing software. (we currently use Adobe InDesign and we can provide a new editor with an older version of this software.) Finished newsletter will then be uploaded to website, sent to a local printer, then distributed.
Newsletter editor can do all of the tasks themself, or delegate to a team. Delegation of distribution tasks can be done easily (mailing labels, stamps, folding and mailing, distributing paper copies to bike shops, posting PDF copy to website, sending email to club members).
Newsletter editor may take on the writing of all articles or may distribute writing tasks to a team. But the official "Editor" is the one responsible for making sure the newsletter gets written and distributed, using a team or not.
