Registration opens May 1.

The Chuckanut Classic is the Mount Baker Bicycle Club's signature ride. Come join us and ride one of the most scenic rides in Washington. With many routes offered you can pick your distance: 25, 38, 62 (metric century/100km), or the full century of 100 miles.

Food and Fun at the Container Village!

The 2026 Chuckanut Classic starts and stops at the Portal Container Village at Bellingham's Waterfront.

We'll be partnering with vendors at the Container Village to offer riders promos like free or discounted treats!

There are many other vendors of refreshments at the Portal Village to restore you once you finish the ride.

The Mount Baker Bike Club is an all-volunteer nonprofit, and we depend on your help to make the Chuckanut Classic a safe, fun, and successful event. Vamos Outdoors Project is our 2025 Nonprofit Partner

The Mt. Baker Bike Club uses the Chuckanut Classic as a way to raise funds and awareness for nonprofit partners in our community.

We couldn't be more proud to announce our 2025 nonprofit partner - the Vamos Outdoors Project.

The 2024 ride raised $5900 for Vamos.

The Bellingham-based Vamos Outdoors Project fosters healthy habits, socio-emotional learning, positive childhood experiences, and relationships with their representational mentors. All Vamos programs are free to participants and include, transportation, food and all necessary equipment.

One of our members volunteers with Vamos in a bike skills program and urged us to find out more. Learn how to get involved with Vamos.
